减震器制造企业对减震器用焊管的技术要求基本上都是按各自的技术协议制定。缸筒用减震器技术协议基本上按GB/T3639-2000《冷拔或冷轧精密无缝钢管技术条件》和GB/T8713-1998《液压和气动缸筒用精密内径无缝钢管》制定,如:力学性能应符合,GB/T3639-2000《冷拔或冷轧精密无缝钢管技术条件》表1中冷加工/硬状态下力学性能的规定。协议的个别条款要求甚至比以上两个国家标准更严,如直线度0.4mm/1000mm,内表面公差为0~0.033mm,内表面粗糙度0.4等。由于减震器用焊管的力学性能要求较高,故对原材料的化学成分、延伸性能要求较高。
目前,减震器用焊管规格主要集中在小直径范围,大多数高精度焊管机组均采用辊式成型,并用W变形和双半径变形方式。在机组的布置上有的采用平立交替方式,有的采用平立交替和立辊组相结合的方式。在孔型的设计上,采用德国、美国的轧辊孔型设计软件进行辅助设计,变形量分配合理,变形充分,成型质量好,避免了成型过程中的擦伤。挤压辊的设计主要采用三辊挤压方式,可有效控制挤压后的焊缝“桃尖形”,有利于减震器用焊管尺寸精度的提高。
